HAGC (Hydraulic Automatic Gauge Control) is an essential devise that's used to promote rolled strip precision. HAGC will also make manufactures to get predominance in drastic marketing competition. HAGC supplied by TET consists of hydraulic hold-down and automatic gauge control (AGC), automatic constant force control (AFC), gauge meter monitoring and automatic tension gauge control for thin-steel strip. Main facilities:

Hydraulic station: Hydraulic station consists of hydraulic pump, accumulator, oil tank, servo-value group, reducing and steady valve group and cyclic filtration mechanism etc.

Hold-down Cylinder: The Hold-down Cylinder, through nondestructive flaw detecting of three times, will be made with special structure design and high-quality forging alloy steel to warranty the quality of cylinder body. The seals will utilize importing products and high resolution displacement pick-up will be installed to detect the shift of cylinder.

Control system: The control system utilizes high performance PLC control, which has high reliability and is especially suitable for running at atrocious condition. It uses industrial computer to accomplish optimizing rolling schedule.

Gauge meter: Isotope gauge meter will be used in the system.

Servo-valve: We will utilize MOOG series servo-valve or FF series servo-valve made by Chinese firms.
